Here’s what we set out to do at our first live workshop:
We are going to do a live WordPress installation and create the new website for our meetup.
We’ll decide which features we need, create the basic page, post & category structure, choose a theme, customise it, add the links to Social Media and install some security and optimisation plugins.
We had a great time and fantastic interaction, a true team effort… and you are looking at the result, what do you think?
But we won’t be too precious about this site as it’ll also be our playground for trying things out during hands-on events.
